How to cancel an AlephTalk subscription and when a refund applies.
What we sell
AlephTalk offers a free portion of the course and one paid package that unlocks the full 60-day programme for a year. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Cancelling
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel the subscription in that store's own subscription settings. We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.
If you subscribed directly on our website, email support@alephtalk.com and we will cancel renewal for you.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
If something is not working and we cannot put it right, contact us and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Tell us what went wrong, when, and which device you were using.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by that store under its own policy, and refund requests must be made to the store rather than to us.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice, or charged without gaining access, email support@alephtalk.com with the date and amount and we will investigate and return anything charged in error.
