This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Premium subscription purchases made on AlephTalk, a digital Hebrew-learning service operated by Edgesys Technologies. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of the Product

AlephTalk sells access to digital educational content (lessons, quizzes, and learning tools) delivered electronically through our app and website. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, simply email us from the address registered to your account and tell us you would like a refund — no questions asked.

3. Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes the unused portion of a billing period. Exceptional cases (such as a duplicate charge or a verified technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service) will be reviewed individually and refunded at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@hebrewgo.com from your registered email address.
  • Include your account name and the date of purchase.
  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
  • You retain Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period (see Sections 2 and 3 above).
