AlephTalk, operated by Edgesys Technologies, is a fully digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This policy explains how your purchase is delivered.

1. Digital Delivery

All AlephTalk products are digital subscriptions that unlock access to lessons, quizzes, and learning features within our app and website. There is no physical shipment, and therefore no shipping charges apply to any order.

2. Delivery Timeline

Access to your Premium subscription is granted immediately and automatically once your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment partner, Razorpay. In the rare event of a payment-verification delay, access is usually activated within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours.

3. How You Receive Access

  • Premium features are unlocked on the account used to make the purchase.
  • Simply log in with your registered email to start using your subscription.
  • A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address.

4. Delivery Issues

If your payment was successful but your Premium access has not been activated within 24 hours, please contact support@hebrewgo.com with your account name and payment reference. We will resolve the issue promptly, and if access cannot be provided you will be eligible for a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
