1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a AlephTalk account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AlephTalk. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at hello@hebrewgo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. AlephTalk is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Free accounts include access to the first 30 lessons.
  • Premium subscriptions unlock all 60 lessons and additional features.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or Stripe.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day money-back window.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within AlephTalk — including lesson text, audio, quiz questions, and UI design — is the intellectual property of Edgesys Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the app; share your account credentials; use automated tools to complete lessons or manipulate the leaderboard; post offensive content; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to premium content will cease and your data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

AlephTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Edgesys Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
